Carol have been training dogs for many years. The pinnacles of both their careers
have been competing at Crufts - Andrew in Obedience and Carol in Agility. Both
of them are regulars at Discover Dogs, held at Earl's Court in November where
they demonstrate Flyball and Agility as part of the THAMES DOG TRAINING CLUB

Andrew’s current
Obedience dogs are Jed, who competes in Championship level C or “Ticket”

Agility as well and in June 2006 they qualified into Senior by winning two Novice
Agility Classes. Barney, the Cairn Terrier has also had several places in

He is also a
registered Kennel Club judge and regularly Judges both Nationally and
Internationally from Europe to Singapore at all levels up to C on the Obedience
circuit, and all levels from Elementary (Grade 1) to Advanced (Grade 7) on the
Agility Circuit.
He has also
stewarded at the highest level and was privileged to be the Ring Steward at the
Crufts Obedience Championship in 2003, as well as the Ring steward for the World

As serious
competitors, Andrew and Carol understand the importance of physical condition
and health. Swimming is a great form of
cardiovascular exercise, increasing stamina, moving joints easily without the
risk of high impact, and with the added benefit of increasing muscling on the
dogs.
